Friends and public profiles
Adding friends with an invite link, comparing progress, and sharing a public profile.
There are two separate ways to share what you are doing: friends, which is a mutual link between two accounts, and a public profile, which is a page anyone can open. Both are opt-in, and both are free.

Swap invite links and compare progress race by race.
Generate an invite link
On the Friends page, create a link and copy it.
Send it to whoever you want to add
They open it, sign in if they are not already, and accept.
Compare progress
Once accepted, they appear on the Friends tab of every race page alongside you.
Pending invites and accepted friends are both listed on the Friends page, and you can remove someone at any time. Removing them does not notify them.
Treat an invite link like a password — anyone who opens it can add themselves. Generate a fresh one rather than reposting an old link publicly.

Open anyone's public profile link without an account of your own.
Public profiles are off by default. Turn one on from the Public Profile section of your profile page and you get an unguessable share link. Anyone with the link can open it without an account.
Not indexed
Public profiles are excluded from search engines and from the site's sitemap. The link is the only way in, so it is as private as you keep it.
What a profile shows
You choose section by section. Nothing appears until you switch it on.
- Badges — the badges you have earned.
- Stats — headline numbers: films rated, races completed, streaks.
- Completed races — the races you have finished.
Four richer sections are available to supporters:

Add watch stats, top-rated films, where you watched and your rating spread to your public profile.
- Watch stats — totals and watch time.
- Top films — your highest-rated films.
- Where watched — the split between home, cinema and festivals.
- Rating distribution — the shape of how you score films.
Your section choices are kept even if a donation or subscription lapses. The sections stop being published, but nothing is lost — they come back exactly as you left them if you support the site again.
Your private notes are never published, on any tier.
